Dr. Frank Stagnitta

Dr. Frank was born in Syracuse, NY, but moved at a young age and grew up in coastal Chesapeake, VA. Animals have always played a major role in his life and he knew he wanted to become a veterinarian before the age of seven.

He is a 1987 graduate of The Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. He has been in practice for over thirty-seven years (three in mixed animal practice and over thirty-four in small animal practice).

He has been married to his wife, Kim, for thirty-three years and has lived in Franklin since 1992. Kim and Frank have one daughter, who is now twenty and currently studying art at Western Carolina University.

They are owned by and live with Butterscotch, the best rescue dog ever, and four fun and crazy cats, Louie, Chet , Taiji and Bernie.

Bri was born in St. Petersburg, Florida, but was raised here in Franklin. She met her husband, Tate, in 2014 while working towards a Bachelor of Biology degree. She graduated in May of 2017 with high honors from Western Carolina University. Growing up, she always had an interest and passion for both animals and medicine. She found her career calling in the veterinary field when she was hired at Franklin Veterinary Hospital in November of 2017. Bri and Tate are owned by their three cats, Brandywine, Tyrion, Riddle and their outdoor goldfish.

Kim started working as a receptionist here in 1992 until 2004. In 2021, she returned to the front desk where she enjoys catching up with our long-term clients and getting to know our newer ones. She is so grateful to be able to share in a small way in the lives of all our beloved patients and their people.

Savannah has lived in Franklin most of her life & shares her home with her husband Mikey Duvall, and a lively crew of pets. Their family includes two dogs, Remi & Luka; three cats, Tippy, Skippy, and Zippy; a red-eared slider turtle named Ms. Shelps; and a chameleon named Pascal - so there's never a dull moment their house.

When she's not busy managing her mini zoo, Savannah loves crafting, diving into creative projects, & spending quality time with her little family. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Western Carolina University & enjoys bringing creativity, organization and heart into everything she does.
